This journal was inspired by my journey to becoming a better me. In my process of growing, learning and re-discovering who I am, I took a wholistic approach to my well-being. This included prayer, fasting, exercising, looking at the food I consumed and life events that triggered me to do all of the things mentioned. This journey is ongoing but this journal will help you with setting goals and holding yourself accountable. This has become a part of who I am and I will continue to use, the scriptures and means of tracking my prayer, food, exercise and life events on a continuous basis in order to grow and respond differently.
